Buying a picture, especially if it is a gift, is a very personal thing. While you  may be delighted with your purchase, the person you bought it for may not be so pleased. Or, if the picture is for you, you may find that the colours are not in harmony with your decor.

We therefore offer an exchange policy as follows; Provided you return the picture within 14 days of invoice, and the picture has not been tampered with or damaged, you may change the picture for another one of the same sales price (or greater if you pay the difference).

Terms and Conditions

 

1 You must notify us of your intention to return the picture within 1 week of purchase. 2 The picture must be returned, in 'perfect condition', within 14 days of Invoice - you have 14 days to get the picture back to us. A copy of the Invoice must be included in the parcel 3 By 'perfect condition' we mean the same condition that it was in when you bought it. (Sometimes a frame we supplied may not be entirely 'as new' and the picture price will have been reduced accordingly) 4 If you think you may invoke this guarantee when you are buying the picture, please agree with the person who sold it to you, at the time of purchase, any blemishes to the frame or matt. Get that in writing before taklng the picture away.  5 If in 'perfect condition' the picture may be exchanged for one of the same price as the one being returned. 6 Alternatively, the picture may be exchanged for one of higher price by your paying the difference. 7 The picture may also be exchanged for one of lower price, but in this case no refund is offered. 8 If you return a picture, it is your responsibility to ensure that it is protected and insured against damage in transit.

 

 

9 You must arrange and pay for the carriage and insurance of the returned picture. You must also pay for carriage of the replacement picture.

 

 10 If damage is sustained in transit, but the picture can be restored, some allowance (but not the full amount) will be assigned to the payment of the replacement picture. 11 No exchange or refund will be made if the image is damaged in any way at all. 12 If the picture is returned damaged, but the image is undamaged and can be re-used, we may allow part of the purchase price to be assigned to the payment of the replacement picture. 13 If you do not wish to choose the replacement picture immediately, we will issue a token to the value of the purchase price which is redeemable within six months of the date of purchase. 14 We do not offer the same terms on the replacement picture. You can only make a replacement once on any transaction.
